No matter what stage of life you're in, making a change is difficult. Mindsets must be shifted, Feelings must be harnessed and vision must be cast. We tend to numb the bad things such as grief, fear, and shame, but I hope we all take this moment and step out, make the call and do the thing we have been called to do.
