In today’s episode, we are tackling 5 routines and/or strategies that will help you cultivate peace in your personal and family life. I’m discussing morning routines, weekend planning, my paper planner (that I absolutely LOVE), and the way I communicate in order to get more help!
How do you utilize your time to set up for success at the beginning of every day? Is your morning routine full of anxious feelings? Are you rushing out the door only to realize you can’t find your keys, left your lunchbox, or forgot to tell the ones you love “goodbye”?
Are your weekends full of grocery shopping, laundry, cleaning, or feeling as if you need a couple of extra days to “get it all done”? Are you truly resting? Do you feel prepared before your week begins?
Not only are we seeking “more time” as a teacher, but we are seeking QUALITY of time-the quality that results in peace, enjoyable moments, and more opportunities for the people and experiences we care deeply about.
